Het Vorobyovo Landgoed staat nabij de stad Podolsk, met traditionele Russische architectonische elementen en omringd door natuurlijke landschappen van de regio Moskou.
Het landgoed vertegenwoordigt een periode van adellijk leven op het platteland in de regio, gelegen in een gebied dat belangrijk werd na de aanleg van transportroutes in 1860.
Het eigendom behoudt elementen van Russische landgoedarchitectuur en biedt inzicht in de levensstijl van landeigenaren tijdens de pre-industriële periode.
