Asilo de San Vicente de Paul, Katholiek weeshuis in Paco, Filipijnen
Het Asilo de San Vicente de Paul aan de United Nations Avenue in Manila beheert zijn faciliteit op een terrein van twee hectare.
Zuster Asunción Ventura stichtte de instelling in 1885 met haar familie-erfenis om zes hectare grond te kopen.
De instelling onderwees borduren en naaien aan jonge bewoners, die hun handgemaakte producten verkochten aan rijke families.
Het weeshuis zet zijn hoofdactiviteiten voort aan de United Nations Avenue 1148 in Manila en zorgt voor verlaten kinderen.
Bombardementen tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog vernietigden de hoofdgebouwen en veroorzaakten 200 slachtoffers voor de herbouw in 1945.
