Malacañang sa Sugbo, Presidentiële residentie in Cebu City, Filipijnen.
Het gebouw aan het water combineert Filipijnse en Amerikaanse architectonische elementen met grote zalen, brede ramen en gedetailleerde houten decoraties.
Gebouwd in 1910 als douanekantoor door architect William Edward Parsons, werd het gebouw later de presidentiële residentie voor bezoeken aan de Visayas.
Het gebouw herbergt tentoonstellingen van Cebuaanse artefacten, traditionele kunstwerken en historische documenten uit de Centrale Visayas regio.
Het Nationaal Museum Centraal-Visayas is geopend van dinsdag tot zondag met rondleidingen in het Engels en Filipijns.
Het gebouw verandert van douanekantoor naar presidentiële residentie en uiteindelijk museum, kenmerkend voor verschillende bestuursfasen van Cebu.
