San Francisco Fountain

The San Francisco Fountain is a bronze and concrete artwork situated at the Market Street intersection in San Francisco. Its structure features multiple water spouts integrated into modernist concrete forms that rise prominently in the plaza.

Dit kunstwerk werd in 1971 gemaakt als onderdeel van het Embarcadero Plaza-ontwikkelingproject tijdens een periode van grote stedelijke transformatie. De installatie markeerde een belangrijk moment in het herontwerp van het waterfront van het centrum van San Francisco.
