Het restaurant toont een permanente collectie motorfietsen, race-uitrusting en foto's van Grand Prix evenementen in de eetruimtes.
Salvador Gascon, voormalig voorzitter van de Valenciaanse Motorrijdersfederatie, opende Moto Moto Tapas in 2013 om gastronomie met motorsport te verenigen.
