The Forum

The Forum is the town hall of Hemel Hempstead serving the administrative needs of the local community. The building displays six bays across its main frontage and features a glass entrance with dark red cladding that faces Marlowes Street.

The building opened in 2017 replacing a civic center from the 1960s that had served the town for decades. This new construction marked the start of a more modern phase in how the city handles administration and community engagement.

The coat of arms of Dacorum district hangs near the entrance representing the administrative identity of the region. This emblem dates back to 1974 when the district was established in its current form.
