Tixall Gatehouse, Poorthuis met monumentenstatus Graad I in Tixall, Engeland.
Het rechthoekige poorthuis van drie verdiepingen heeft vier achthoekige hoektorens met koepels en decoratieve zuilen in Dorische, Ionische en Korinthische orde.
Gebouwd rond 1580 door Sir Walter Aston, diende het poorthuis gedurende twee weken in 1586 als tijdelijke gevangenis voor Maria Stuart.
De structuur vertegenwoordigt late Elizabethaanse architectuur met klassieke invloeden, met Griekse en Romeinse ontwerpelementen in de gevel en binnenruimtes.
De Landmark Trust beheert deze accommodatie voor vakantieverhuur, met ruimte voor zes gasten in vier slaapkamers met moderne verwarmingssystemen.
Het poorthuis blijft de laatste overgebleven structuur van het voormalige Tixall Hall landgoed, dat in 1927 volledig werd gesloopt.
