Paviljoen Nummer 35 toont klassieke architectonische details binnen het uitgestrekte VDNKh complex, dat zich uitstrekt over 2 miljoen vierkante meter.
Gebouwd in 1954 onder leiding van architect V. N. Kondratiev, functioneerde het paviljoen aanvankelijk als Glavtabak tot 1959.
De structuur vertegenwoordigt Sovjetindustriële prestaties door zijn architectonische elementen en toont de landbouwontwikkeling van de natie.
Gevestigd aan de Mira Avenue 119 Gebouw 35, functioneert het paviljoen momenteel als café voor bezoekers van het complex.
Het gebouw kreeg in 1993 de status van federaal cultureel erfgoed, wat zijn transformatie van tabaksfaciliteit naar beschermd historisch gebouw markeerde.
