Het gebouw van het Ministerie van Justitie staat aan de Padre Faura straat en fungeert als hoofdkantoor voor juridische activiteiten in de Filipijnen.
Het Ministerie van Justitie, opgericht in 1897, groeide vanuit zijn koloniale oorsprong uit tot het belangrijkste rechtsorgaan van de Filipijnse regering.
Het Ministerie werkt onder het motto 'Justitiae Pax Opus' en leidt nationale vervolgingsdiensten in de Filipijnse archipel.
Het gebouw huisvest meerdere afdelingen waaronder administratieve diensten, financieel beheer en vervolgingskantoren, met publieke toegang tijdens overheidsuren.
Zeven onderministers en vijf assistent-secretarissen beheren verschillende aspecten van rechtshandhaving vanuit deze centrale structuur in Manila.
